This is a really broad question and there's no real answer since everyone deals with heartache differently but I find one thing is always a definite answer and it's TIME.

Life goes on and people come and go. Use each relationship as a building block of who you are and who you want to be.

Don't ever let it become a crutch or an excuse and don't hold grudges, they don't help you heal any faster. Good Luck,
